The Reverend Dr. Kanunu Emmanuel Busambwa, D.Min.

Emmanuel  is a preacher by calling and a theologian by training.

Emmanuel is an ordained elder in the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Emmanuel is a trained and skilled theologian.

He holds several theological degrees —

• A (BD) Bachelor of Divinity from Africa University, Faculty of Theology;
• A  (M.Div) Masters of Divinity from Gammon Theological Seminary;
• A  (D.Min) Doctorate of Ministry from the Interdenominational Theological Center in Process Theology and Multicultural studies, from Atlanta, Georgia.

Emmanuel is a family man.

He is married to Dr. Kasang Odette Busambwa, who holds a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry.  Emmanuel and Odette are the parents of three teenage boys. (Emgra, Baraka and Rukat).

Throughout his life and ministry, Emmanuel has demonstrated a caliber of leadership well beyond his years. He is a teacher, preacher, community leader, and a pastor.
