DESCRIPTION:November Food Drive \n\n\n\nThis November\, let’s come together to care for our neighbors. We’re collecting non-perishable food items all month long – and we’re also distributing them to anyone in our community who could use a little help. \n\n\n\nEvery can\, box\, and bag makes a difference – especially during these challenging times. DESCRIPTION:Not every student gets to go home for the holidays—so let’s bring the warmth of home to them! Join us for a cozy\, joy-filled Friendsgiving where college students can relax\, eat well\, and feel loved. \n\n\n\nJoin members from Ford’s Chapel\, Holmes Street\, Huntsville First\, Lakeside\, and Lakewood UMCs in blessing college students from UAH and AAMU with a home-cooked meal on November 29. Come for the meal or just drop off!  Thanks to Lakewood UMC for hosting!   \n\n\n\nDetails:\n\n\n\n\nSaturday November 29th \n\n\n\nSet up from 10am-noon. \n\n\n\nMeal and games or football on the big screen from noon-3pm. \n\n\n\nClean up from 3-4:30pm\n\n\n\n\nHow You Can Help:  \n\n\n\nWe’re looking for volunteers to bring dishes and spend time with students who are staying local this Thanksgiving.
