We are happy to offer you several different payment options for your convenience.
 
To pay with CREDIT or DEBIT CARD:

  • When the page refreshes, scroll down and click the ORDER ONLINE button
  • Follow the steps given to place and submit your order
To pay with CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDER (made payable to Ford's Chapel UMC), or FOOD STAMPS:
  • Mail your order to Ford's Chapel UMC, P O Box 297, Harvest, AL 35749
  • Drop your order by the church office during office hours (9 AM--2 PM, Monday--Friday): 280 Ford's Chapel Road, Harvest, AL 35749
  • Submit your order when you pick up your current month's order
Paying for next month's order when you pick up your current month's order can save you an additional trip to the church. You may stay in your car while you complete your order. Depending on traffic volume, you may be asked to move up to an ordering station while you place your order so traffic is not blocked.

TO PICK UP YOUR BOXES – Signs will be located in the Ford’s Chapel United Methodist Church parking lot to direct you. Volunteers will ask for your name and how many boxes and specials you ordered. After confirming our records, you will be given a sticker with your order on it. Move down as the volunteer directs you, and volunteers will then load your car. 
 
Can you pick up a box for a friend or relative? Yes, but we will require a signed note from the person who paid for the box and the name of the person picking up the box.

 
 WE DISTRIBUTE RAIN OR SHINE. There are no make-up dates or times.
 
SORRY---NO REFUNDS
 
If you forget to pick up your order, we will give it away to a family in need or to the North Huntsville Assistance Project.
We have no storage facility. Donating unclaimed food prevents the food from going to waste.
 
 
Directions to Ford’s Chapel Church: (To pick up your order on Saturday, September 25)
 
From Madison, University Drive/US-72
  • Travel north on JEFF Road
  • After passing Sparkman High School
  • Turn LEFT onto FORD’S CHAPEL Road
  • Turn RIGHT into the parking lot at the church.
  • Travel north on WALL TRIANA Blvd.
  • Turn RIGHT onto STOVALL Road
  • Continue straight approx 1½ mile into the parking lot of the church

From Ardmore
  • Travel South on AL 53        
  • Turn RIGHT onto JEFF Road
  • Turn RIGHT onto FORD’S CHAPEL Road (at Sparkman HS)
  • Turn RIGHT into the parking lot at the church.
A line to receive your order will form in the church parking lot. Entrance Signs will be posted.
